Resumo da Vaga: | Technical knowledge of IT, SQL, network, cloud, API’s. To load data, test the system, configure and parameterize the HR system Provide services to US based customers. Design, configure and deploy Human Capital Management (HCM) systems - Time and Attendance, Accrual, Scheduling, Attestation, Budgeting, Benefits, Payroll etc. Have the ability to ask right questions to customer during – Discovery session and implementation process. Nearby skills to understand the HCM terminology and implementing methodology is a plus. Fluent English is mandatory. |
